- Grabs the door as it nears the closed position drawing the door shut
- Stops slamming doors, closes firmly and quietly
- Quieter than conventional overhead door closers which tend to slam the door shut in the last few inches of closing
- Ideal for use in hotels, hospitals, dormitories etc due to the noise reduction and anti slam function offered
- For use on doors that are flush or with up to 12mm thick architrave
